HAALO

The HAALO program is a collaborative effort between San Mateo County, Horizon Services, Inc.,  Maple Street Program for the Homeless and Safe Harbor Shelters.  This outpatient program provides on-site alcohol and other drug treatment to individuals over 18 years of age, who have a desire to stop using alcohol and other drugs.  Shelter participants with addictions are encouraged to take part in this one-year program to help them overcome the cycle of addiction
