Programs
Cherry Hill - Cherry Hill Detox, a thirty-two bed residential social model detoxification program on the Fairmont Hospital Campus in San Leandro, California The program is designed to serve men and women who are withdrawing from alcohol and other drug (AOD) use, and those who are also experiencing co-occurring mental disorders (COD).
Chrysalis - Chrysalis is a 26-bed, community based residential program for women recovering from addiction to alcohol or other drugs.
CommPre - CommPre assists community members in developing alcohol problem prevention policies that can help create safer environments.
Cronin House - Cronin House is a 40-bed residential primary care program for men and women recovering from alcohol or other drug addiction.
HAALO -Helping Alcoholics and Addicts Learn to Overcome(HAALO) - The HAALO program is a collaborative effort bewteen San Mateo County, Horizon Services, Inc., Maple Street Program for the Homeless and Safe Harbor Shelters. This outpatient program provides on-site alcohol and other drug treatment to individuals over 18 years of age, who have a desire to stop using alcohol and other drugs. Shelter participants with addictions are encouraged to take part in this one-year program to help them overcome the cycle of addiction.
Horizon South - provides a 10 bed detoxification and 31 bed residential program for men. It is designed to provide a phased continuum of services for those entering the ongoing recovery process.
Mandana Community Recovery Center - Mandana CRC provides education and a wide variety of support services to community members and human service professionals dealing with alcohol and other drug related problems in living, social and work environments.Palm Avenue - Social Model Detoxification Program is a 15-bed facility serving men and women withdrawing from the effects of alcohol and other drugs located in San Mateo.
Project Eden - Project Eden provides prevention, intervention, and outpatient treatment programs for youth and their families from Hayward, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, San Leandro, and other surrounding cities. Our programs include school-based psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, support services for Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ) youth, a summer youth program, and outpatient substance abuse counseling services: Assessments; Individual, Group, and Family counseling; and Anger Management.
