At Horizon Treatment Services, we’re in the business of helping people. In spite of current funding challenges, we must continue the work. Please join us and support our mission. Our Mission is to cultivate or restore a sense of hope, self-awareness, and community to people impacted by substance use and mental health challenges by providing effective trauma-informed prevention, treatment, and recovery services.

Your financial assistance will help us continue and grow our impact across the ever-growing needs around substance use disorders and mental health challenges, including community and youth prevention & adult treatment programs.
The money we raise will help us grow and continue to improve the quality of our services through outreach, community education and infrastructure improvements.
