Gina brings a wealth of experience, strong leadership, and unwavering dedication to her role as Associate Director of Compliance and Quality. With over 30 years of management experience within the customer service sector, she brings a sharp operational lens to every aspect of her work. Since joining Horizon in 2017 as an Intake Screener at Cherry Hill Sobering, Gina has progressively advanced through key operational and leadership roles, including Office Assistant, Program Operations Manager, Compliance Manager, and Senior Compliance Manager.
Over the past four years, she has found her true passion in compliance, building deep expertise through hands-on experience, regulatory collaboration, and oversight of numerous audits and investigations. Her approach is both meticulous and compassionate grounded in the belief that compliance is the silent voice of the client: a critical advocate for dignity, safety, and quality of care.
Gina is steadfast in her pursuit of excellence, striving for zero deficiencies across all sites. She champions the belief that every detail matters in protecting those served by Horizon.
