About Holly

Holly Tracy was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where her love for the ocean was shaped by time spent fishing, surfing, and camping along the Pacific Northwest coast. Those early experiences instilled in her a deep appreciation for community, resilience, and connection—values that continue to guide her work today.

Holly has dedicated her career to advocating for underserved and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities. As a former foster youth, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She understands firsthand the strength it takes to overcome adversity and the transformative power of having someone who believes in you. This perspective fuels her passion for empowering young people and supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and stability.

Driven by compassion and purpose, Holly remains steadfast in her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the social services field. She believes advocacy is not only about providing resources, but also about restoring hope, amplifying voices, and creating pathways to opportunity for those who need it most.
